I've worked at BuyOnlineNow for almost 7 years. I've seen a lot of changes in policy, personnel and items we sell. One thing that has never changed is our Customer Service. We strive to provide the Ultimate Customer Service Experience by exceeding our customers' expectations. For some customers it is being able to navigate the web site easily. For others it's their phone calls being answered quickly. Many customers appreciate receiving their orders within 24 hours. It is returns handled simply and efficiently. It's striving to do better. It's what gives us the edge over our competition.

I started working for BuyOnlineNow as an intern in the summer of 2008. I continued to work part time over the rest of my college career and was lucky enough to be offered a full time job after graduation. I currently work both on making sure products provide the correct information on the site along with writing blogs and sending out Facebook posts and Twitter updates. Going through college, people would ask me what I wanted to do for a job when I was done, and I always said "I just want something that I don't dread getting out of bed in the morning." I now find myself lucky to have just that. Everyone at BON is supporting and friendly, and we can always have a good time together inside or outside of work. This is a great group of people, and I'm so happy to be able spend my days here.

I've been working at BuyOnlineNow for over 2 years now. Customer service is the number one goal. One of the things I enjoy most is when people call you and express how much they enjoy getting a real live person on the phone. It is a pleasure to work for a company that really cares about each customer, making sure they get the best service possible. I am hoping to be here for a long time to come, helping the customers along the way to get the most of their experience from BuyOnlineNow.

What BuyOnlineNow has been able to accomplish over the last 10+ years, is nothing short of amazing. I have only been with the company for a few months now, but I can already say that it's not work; it is truly being a representative for all of our customers. I've been a member of the BuyOnlineNow team for over a year now. From an IT perspective, I enjoy the constant challenge of finding ways to increase our efficiency so we can get the products you need to you faster and at a lower cost. From an employee perspective, the most enjoyable part of working here is the sense of community. What I enjoy most about BuyOnlineNow is assisting the customer that has been using the same product for years. I enjoy hearing the story from someone that has used the one pen, file folder or columnar sheet for years. "I cannot find my pen anywhere," they say. Well, let's take a look. I've been with BuyOnlineNow since 2001. I had to "trick" Bob into hiring me as I am also his wife. Bob didn't think working together would be the greatest thing for our marriage. However, since BuyOnlineNow was (and still is) Bob’s baby, I knew it was going to be a big part of our lives, and I felt that if Bob was going to raise this baby, we should do it together as a family. Well, our family sure has grown since then. I'm not using the word "family" loosely; that is what BuyOnlineNow truly is. Everyone here cares for and supports each other, both inside and outside of these doors. I believe that is what truly makes BuyOnlineNow special. I also believe that this is why our customer service is so exceptional. The positive and supportive environment they have created reflects in everything they do, and extends outward to everyone they have contact with.
