After searching all over the Internet and comparing prices I ordered Avery Clean Edge Business Cards from you. I placed my order on Monday, June 14th.
On Monday, June 21st, our Art Department Manager had a stack of complaints about the business cards he was supposed to have already finished printing. However, he couldn't print the business cards because he hadn't received them. So he sent me a somewhat frantic e-mail asking where the business cards were. I logged onto your website (simply by clicking on the link that was provided on my confirmation). I found the order tracking option on your Home Page, entered my order number, and immediately had an answer. We had received our order on Tuesday, June 15th and our Shipping Department had been holding it for just short of 1 week.
You had my order to me in 1 day -- it took our Shipping Department almost 1 week to get the business cards from the point of delivery, the Shipping Department, to the Art Department, which is in the same building.
If we could train our own staff to be as efficient as yours we would be in great shape!
I thought I should let you know you did a great job with my order. I compared several stores before ordering from BuyOnlineNow and you had the best price. I love the way your website allowed me to find tracking information by using your order number. I didn't have to take time to find the UPS tracking number and log onto the UPS website. I really liked how the tracking information was displayed, as a summary. It made it very easy to VERY QUICKLY see what I needed without having to read through stuff I didn't need. Just-in-case I needed it though, you displayed the UPS tracking number and had a quick link to UPS, great idea! If I had needed to go further with my search, all I had to do was cut and paste the UPS tracking number right from the screen I was on.
And. . . the way you had the 50% off price tag hanging off the right side of the home page, so cute! Great website!
It seems that people are more than willing to complain when they have a problem, but letting someone know when they are doing a good job does not happen enough.
We will definitely be ordering from you again!
