What if my item is Backordered?

99% of our over 100,000 items are in stock for immediate shipment at all times. If by chance an item is out of stock, that item's detail page will display that this item is not in stock on the right side of the page.

We do not accept orders for "Out of Stock" products, but if you would like to be notified when the item is back in stock, please email us at and reference the item number of the backordered item. Our Customer Service Department will be glad to contact you as soon as it is available.

Occasionally an item is shown as "In-Stock" on our website but will not be in stock. In this instance, we will contact you immediately regarding your order. You may cancel the back ordered item, or even the entire order if you prefer.

You may also have us process the remainder of the order, leaving the out of stock item on order. We will watch for its availability and process that item when it is in stock. If you choose to leave the Out of Stock item on order, we will contact you when it is available. We want to confirm that you would still like the item charged to your credit card account and shipped to you.
